Tortuga’s Smokehouse was founded in early 2024 in Niverville, Manitoba—a collaboration rooted in southern hospitality and a commitment to delivering an unforgettable customer experience. What started as a learning opportunity quickly grew into something much bigger.

Today, Tortuga’s is no longer tied to one location—we’re on the move. As one of the largest mobile food trailers in Canada, we now bring our legendary wood-fired southern BBQ straight to communities, events, and private gatherings across the country.

Our mission remains the same: to deliver not just exceptional food, but an experience that leaves a lasting impression. Whether we’re carving Prime Rib at a wedding, catering a formal event, or serving brisket sandwiches to hungry folks on the go, everything we do is grounded in gratitude, growth, and genuine connection.
